3. A. Processing of personal data

Personal data is information about the real or personal circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person.

For example, this includes your name, phone number, date of birth or email address.

The data we collect is divided into two categories: (1) data you send to us and (2) data we automatically collect when you use the IBI website.

4. Data you send to us your wishes

When you enter your data when making a request by e-mail or using the contact form, you transmit your data to us and you agree to the use of your entry for the intended purpose. We need this data to process your requests.

The notification date and IP address are also temporarily stored to allow us to identify and prevent abuse.

Sending newsletters

To send newsletters, we use the so-called double registration procedure. This means that we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us that we must activate the newsletter service. If you want to receive the IBI newsletter, we need a valid email address from you. In order to allow us to address you personally, we also ask you to inform us of your title and name.

We use this data only for the distribution of our newsletter. Your data will not be transferred to third parties.

When you sign up for our newsletter, data is collected which allows us to make registration procedures verifiable and prevent abuse cases. We save registration time and IP addresses.

You can withdraw your consent to the storage of data, your e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. You can use the unsubscribe link to unsubscribe. The unsubscribe link can be found in every email newsletter.

5. Data we automatically collect when you use the IBI website

Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the following data is automatically collected when you use the IBI website and is deleted after a certain period of time:

The data is used for statistical analysis to optimize the website.

b. Use of cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files assigned an identification number (cookie ID) stored on the user's device. The cookie ID allows visited web pages and servers to distinguish one's browser from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A particular web browser can be recognized and identified by its unique cookie ID.

In some cases, we use session cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed, as well as cookies that stay on your hard drive for a long time and delete themselves after a certain time. When you visit our website again, we automatically understand that you have visited our website in the past. The use of cookies means that the website can offer more user-friendly services that would not be possible without setting cookies.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by changing your browser settings. If you do, some features of the website may not be available.

c. Use of web analytics services (Piwik / Matomo)

This website uses open source software Piwik / Matomo for statistical analysis of visitor access. Piwik / Matomo uses cookies. Usage information generated by cookies is sent and stored on our server for usage analysis purposes.
